We’re looking for the impossible
Really enjoy financial services? Know your way around the Act and Regs like the back of your hand? Have excellent drafting and communication skills? Tech savvy and productive?
Want to balance straight law with compliance consulting? Helping clients meet their legal and compliance obligations.
Know how to go beyond the black letter law and craft advice and documents that really fit clients’ business requirements? Know how to run compliance programs?
Impossible? Or just the opportunity you’ve been looking for?
We’d love to hear from you.
We’re a boutique, progressive and growing NewLaw financial services law firm and compliance consultancy (mainly looking after financial advice licensees and others), proud to provide quality advice and services.
You’ll have at least 3 years financial services experience in legal and/or compliance roles. It’d be a bonus if you also know your way around financial advice software.
Naturally, you’ll have a law degree and be admitted to practice. If you’ve got financial services-related qualifications as well, these will be viewed favourably.
But most important, colleagues and clients enjoy working with you.
Melbourne based. Friendly, relaxed environment. Flexible working arrangements available.
